Located in Morayfield, Outback Automotive is fully owned and operated by our founder, Andrew Armistead. With over 30 years of industry experience, Andrew originally set up shop in Central Australia and successfully ran his own business there for 18 years. Now, Andrew continues his work in Queensland, where he has been running Outback Automotive since 2016 from a convenient spot located between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
Since moving to Queensland, Andrew has expanded his knowledge and gained extensive experience working on caravans and camper vans. He has the pleasure of helping Australians from all over the country who are looking for quality workmanship from an experienced repairer.
Equipped with a can-do attitude, decades of automotive experience, the latest equipment and quality parts, you can count on Outback Automotive. Andrew is fully qualified and committed to training the next generation of mechanics, with a full-time apprentice and school-based apprentice.
